Go to panel then go to file.In file you can see mod name folder add mod there

Depends on which kind of mods you want to add. If you download Fabric, here's the download link: https://fabricmc.net/use/server/

If you use forge, it's kind of limited at the moment. You would have to create a Forge server in dashboard.

You can't change the ip currently as subdomain manager is not working, and if you have your own (which is money) create a new thread. You can change your port by going into the network tab, creating a new allocation, making that your primary port, and deleting the old port.

you can change port but not ip but U can use sub-domains search in youtube you can find it.
